Nov 24, 2007 · About 2 days ago rogers started unthrottling me. I really hate this as I am paying for a certain amount of speed and am getting less than 1/4 of that. Plz any help is appreciated to get me back on track, I have read around and see that rogers is throttling a lot of people now.
