I have a home server and various network equipment in a walk-in closet in my house. It generates a good amount of heat. I'd like to vent this heat outside the HVAC envelope of the house to reduce the load on my A/C during the summer, and isolate the server room from the rest of the house (i.e. keep it from making the adjoining bedroom as hot).
